Michael Raam has over 40 years of experience in the high tech industry with a diverse background in VLSI design, processor development, networking, video, flash, storage and IoT. He was recently CEO of SandForce Inc., a successful SSD controller company, until Jan. of 2012 when the the company was acquired by LSI and he served as VP/GM of the Flash Components Division of LSI until March of 2013.
Mr. Raam has held various executive positions at Mobilygen, Procket Networks, Toshiba, Nexgen Microsystems and ROLM Corporation. He brings significant relationships with flash vendors and semiconductor foundries. He is currently the CEO of etherWhere, an IoT venture funded start up, and on several advisory boards. Mr. Raam also serves on the Board of Directors of etherWhere, CNEXLABS and Liqid. He holds a M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
